The purpose of the excursion
Eat soba right out in "gen".
One going Michelin star,
If I do not know the name among soba enthusiasts
It is super celebrity shop "gen" told to be moguri.
This shop,
As it is famous even not to readily get a reservation,
(and furthermore, absent on Sunday)
I make a reservation approximately two months ago,
Take the accommodation near the shop, completely,
It right came at the ready. High.
Well, it is an impression.
The bamboo steamer side is extra-fine, and it is lustrous.
I ate it with salt made by burning seaweed and soup and wasabi, but am delicious!

I understood taste of the soba well and was preference.
This soba,
Besides, become able to choose various how to eat
I eat it with plum-bashing and water.

After all it is extra-fine and eats it with a sharp taste Japanese radish.

I saw it for the first time.
The unusual ability of the husband appears.
As for the Sobagaki
Incense of the soba was expensive if sticky and was delicious.
